Good location as its near town.

The home itself is okay not bad. Clean and comfortable for family with teenagers and one pair of grandparents but guests also need to do their work that is to ensure the home is continually kept clean like frequently dispose the garbage and trash at the designated location. Having an additional cloth hangers at the balcony would be helpful since the property is provided with washing machine.

If you come visiting Malacca and stays here, pls prepare your mental. This building location at the moment experiencing bad traffic going out of the building even from the car park area - sometime as early as from level 3 you have to wait for the tailgating. If you want to stay here, you have to plan your Malacca sightseeing properly, it is recommended to get out the building before peak time around 11 am until 3 pm. And another round is early evening where people want to go out for evening time hang out and dinner... However, GrabFood is always handy, you can get the food delivered. Another option for night time hangout, the building is located within walking distance from restaurants. Hence, you can opt to not drive for dinner time if you missed the non-rush hour getting out of the building. This is the negative point about this property. Other points like host and the house, no complain all good.

Lack of electrical socket point provided for a group of friends, it is recommended to bring self own extension wire actually the room is noy very clean but still can be accepted since the area is still in developing, there is a construction site near the homestay, so it is quite noisy but is acceptable
