Отличное расположение. В тихом районе Батуми. Есть место для парковки автомобиля. Удобная общая кухня и все необходимые принадлежности. Стиральная машина для гостей. Все продумано до мелочей. Особенно понравился отличный вид из окна на море. Пляж в 5 ти минутах от место проживания. Рядом железная дорога где можно сделать хорошие снимки. Автобусная остановка рядом, можно бес проблем добраться до центра Батуми. Номер автобуса 10 и 10С довезут прямо до статуй Али и Нино.

Немного шумно когда проезжает поезд. Но мы были с детьми, это добавило больше впечатлений им.

Нам понравился наш номер, он был чистым. Хозяйка была приветливой и всегда готова помочь. С балкона открывался прекрасный вид на море. Интернет работал хорошо. Коммунальные услуги были в хорошем состоянии.

The location is about 5-10 min ride to Batumi. A good and clean beach is nearby. The room was clean, with good air-conditioning.
