i think it is a great deal for rm 100 per night with the basic facilities (washing machine, iron, fridge, portable stove). its suitable for single or small family. Convinient for short stay. The floor was clean so do the toilet.

The kitchen had unpleasant smells (could be improve) overall it is okay !

10min to Skyluge rawang ,cheaper price and actually no to complaint since it offer cheaper price than other place. Got water dispencer & other home equipment.

Got ant & others bug. Limited parking space. Actually its a common terrace house.
