Appartamento Porto Rotondo Rudargia 2

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment sehr genossen. Die Ortschaft ist wunderschön, grün und sauber. Der Strand ist in der Nähe und es gibt einen kleinen, gemütlichen Pool. Für Sportbegeisterte stehen Tennisplätze und ein Basketballfeld zur Verfügung. In der Ortschaft gibt es ein wunderschönes Amphitheater, in dem im Sommer tolle Vorstellungen für Kinder und Erwachsene stattfinden. Die Anlage selbst ist ruhig und gepflegt, mit Zugang zu einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen und einer Bar, die hervorragenden Kaffee und Croissants serviert. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Das Apartment ist sauber, neu und sehr gut organisiert. Auf der Terrasse hat man eine wunderschöne grüne Fläche, ideal zum Essen und Entspannen.Die Besitzerin ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet auf jede Frage über WhatsApp. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Ein wirkliches Ferienparadies – wir können dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ich würde wirklich gern etwas zu kritisieren finden, aber es gibt einfach nichts.

Lägenheten ligger i en otroligt vacker, ren och välskött ort – bara tre minuters promenad från en liten, charmig strand. Boendet har en egen terrass med sittgrupp och en liten trädgård som ger en härlig privat känsla. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt man kan behöva, inklusive fantastiska retroapparater från SMEG. Perfekt för ett par som vill njuta av lugn och komfort. Allt var helt enkelt perfekt – vi kunde inte önska oss något mer!

Det finns inget sådant – allt var fantastiskt!

Ich war beruflich in Porto Rotondo und habe mich in diesem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – inklusive schnellem WLAN und einem ruhigen Arbeitsplatz. Besonders angenehm war der kleine Garten, in dem man nach einem Arbeitstag wunderbar entspannen kann. Die Lage ist ideal: nur wenige Minuten zum Meer, zum Hafen und zu guten Restaurants. Ein großartiger Ort, um Arbeit und Erholung zu verbinden – ich komme gerne wieder!

Während meines Aufenthalts gab es sehr starken Wind, aber das lag natürlich nicht an der Unterkunft.

Well located, nicely decorated

The owner (not the lady who deals with check in) He made our trip a nightmare. Faulty aircon, having to be out of the property for hours at a time whilst they tried to fix it, mess and dirt everywhere. Bedding soaked from it. Constant abusive messages and so on when we couldn’t immediately return to the property to solve the entry issues. He demanded we leave the property open for maintenance (in a very large complex with our personal belongings in it) Then began to make accusations of us being rude and so on to prevent a refund being made to booking.com Even the maintenance team were pulling their hair out having to deal with him and his manner. We left early due to the above problems and thankfully our bank stepped in to help us as he refused any solutions or compensation for the inconvenience we suffered.

Location was great, outdoor seating area was great. It was clean and well maintained. The pool area was great and Porto Rotondo was a beautiful place to spend a week. Great communication and provided all amenities for a great holiday.

The was limitations on floats in the pool. It wasn't an issue but meant we wouldn't have taken floats with us.

Sehr gemütlich und es liegt fast im Zentrum.

Für uns sind die Better einbisschen zu hart.

Amazing location and shared pool, nicely equipped kitchen and renovated bathroom. Decorated with taste. Very good quality basis (soap, coffee, oil, spice) and appliances. Beautiful terrace with a lemon tree. Owner is very responsible and resourceful.

Very small apartment but also very functional. Ok with small children but wouldn’t work with teens. Covered space on the terrace is also limited and I didn’t like to be so close to the neighbors next door - split terrace. We were often inconvenienced by their cigarette smoke during meal time.

Great place, great host. Loved the week we had here. Beaches nearby are superb - we were a little unlucky with wind and weather but this is a perfect and convenient place for a holiday.
