Location did the job, right in the town center and near the great lake with lots of things to do or have a drink. The kitchen had most of the things you need, but some updates needed.

Lack of cleanliness, no basic things like toilet paper or tissues etc..for the family of 3 only 3 hand towels provided for the over weeks stay, with cold towel rail in the bathroom, no chance of drying them quick(had to buy big ones for the extra). If you wanted to mop the floor, dust or clean the toilet or shower , there was no cleaning supplies either. Bedroom bed was ok, but with two single duvets, child slept on the sofa, which is very uncomfortable, need some small mattress topper or something as you can feel the gaps between cushions underneath. Need some night curtains or blinds as current ones doesn't cover the window at all, so as soon as sun is up, you awake too, kitchen window doesn't have anything on at all. Wardrobe and kitchen cupboards need some work done too. With some upgrade it could be a great place to stay, just need to think about guests first.

The flat was bright, fresh, and extremely clean, making the stay very enjoyable.

This is a perfect aparment for persons who value their privacy and loathe the hassle of the hotels. İt is in a perfect spot in Siaulai a walking distance to almost anywhere in city center. Especially the Üniversity and city center.

The kitchen amenities are a bit lacking and old and you do not have a microwave which is problem when you do not want to eat out. Car parking is kind of a problem until you get a hold of it because the parking signs around the city are a bit hard to understand. Last but not least the central heating is connected to the city hub when it is down it gets really cold, luckily you have an oil radiator to save the day. Last buy some shampoo and shower soap...
