Belford Apartment 1, Close to Tynemouth

Property was like a home from home ,was spotless and had everything you would require for a short or long stay, even down to tea,coffee,sugar and milk sachets in the kitchen. We attended for a wedding at the Linskill Centre which was about. 3 min walk from the front door. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Made are trip a very memorable experience. The flat was spacious and the location was good.

Everything was good

Good location clean excellent communication with host. Everything we needed. Plenty of space.

2nd bed not very comfortable and seemed bit small. Shower bit temperamental til you worked out how to make it hot. Run through bath tap first. Yard functional but not very cheery 😊

The house was great in a great location. Communication with owners was cannot faulted. Overall great stay.

Lovely clean apartment, equipped to a high standard, everything was there what we needed Beds and bedding were really nice quality and very comfortable Lounge had a nice sofa set and excellent TV and a dining table Location is good just a few mins into Tynemouth and North Shields The outside private yard space was great to use for eating outside Kitchen had everything we needed and all seemed very new Host was perfect, sent us good clear instructions before arriving and the apartment was immaculate when we arrived Definitely recommend was super value for money

Quiet location in a friendly neighbourhood

The property did not meet my expatiations. The beds were terribly uncomfortable with the worst mattress ever! The property would benefit from some upgrades on quality of fittings and furnishings, Also the kitchen was tiny with poor facilities. A deep clean would help in the bathroom and kitchen where there is a build up of dust and dirt.

The mattress in the main bedroom was quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom wasn’t particularly clean

Great location for what we wanted - easy access to all local amenities and attractions. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Perfect stay overall. Beds were very comfortable, as were the living areas. Good wifi connection. Host kept good and clear communication throughout.

Only on street parking available, which was frustrating at times due to lack of space. However, this was expected due to property location so did not impact on our stay massively.
