HORRIBLE — À FUIR ABSOLUMENT Avant même notre arrivée, j’ai demandé un transfert jusqu’au logement. On m’a demandé de payer alors que celui-ci est censé être inclus dans le prix. Le logement est annoncé à 300 m²… en réalité il ne fait même pas 150 m². Publicité mensongère. Nous n’avons eu aucun Wi-Fi pendant 3 jours, et étant situé en pleine forêt, il est impossible d’avoir du réseau. Autant dire qu’on est complètement coupé du monde — impossible de contacter ses proches en vacances. Très régulièrement, il y avait des coupures de courant. Et le pire : pas d’eau froide, uniquement de l’eau brûlante. Inadmissible. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : au moment du retour, je demande un remboursement du transfert. Pendant le trajet, la patronne appelle le chauffeur pour nous menacer… Résultat ? On nous abandonne au bord de la route. À cause de ça, nous avons raté notre ferry pour quitter l’île. Un comportement scandaleux, irrespectueux et dangereux. Cet établissement ne cherche absolument pas le bien-être des clients, uniquement votre argent. À éviter à tout prix.

The whole house was very beautiful and clean upon arrival.

On our last day, while preparing for check out at 9am electricity suddenly went off and we were expecting for the staff to turn on the generator just like when the electricity was cut off the night before. But NO, instead we were forced to finish packing our things 3hours earlier and to go out the house as inside was scorching HOT! When we asked the staff if we could have electricity, they just answered "that's why there is no internet connection". We didn't have a choice but to go even though our ferry is scheduled for 12nn. I hope the owner will speak to staff ON BEING CONSIDERATE to guests. We can pay for the generator if they just told us but it seemed we were forced to check out at 9AM. First time this event happened to us.

The photo's and the 300 m2 that is advertised gives the impression it is an entire house, but it is actually 1 floor of about 170 m2 Only 1 bathroom in a 8 -guest house is insufficient Some workers decided to have a very loud karaoke party all saturday afternoon and evening Location is remote, having your own transportation is a must Had some discussion with the owner about extension of our stay, he asked for more money than it was advertised for online. Aircon units (only in the 2 bedrooms) are very noisy, and lack capacity. No aircon in the living room

We stayed en Fantastic house with 3 levels, the best one they have, good hot shower, quite place for relax and also you can cook what you like.

We have to go and be careful transport is very expensive en camiguin, Moore than every where in Philippines
