Backyard Bliss in the White Mountains

The grass was extremely high so we wasn't able to grill out or go in back yard at all the mosquitoes were so bad. The day we was leaving they was mowing around my car and weeding I have a daughter who's had chronic migraines and fresh cut grass is one of her triggers

Backyard Bliss is an incredibly comfortable, welcoming place to stay, and perfect for families! The backyard is beautiful, especially the curtained pergola with comfortable outdoor furniture. We wished we could have used it more than we did - our weather was perfect during our stay so we spent all our time hiking the trails that are within a short driving distance. There are many excellent restaurants just 15 minutes away. The house is on a main road but had less traffic than the one we live on. We thought the location was perfect and would happily rebook on another stay. Host was very responsive to questions, and a pleasure to speak with.

Watch the speed limit when out and about! When they say 30 mph they mean 30!

Close to N Woodstock, Lincoln, Franconia Notch State Park. Warm, cozy, comfortable!

We had to shovel out when we got there to get in driveway and up to door. Flies dead and alive all over the house.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The location was great just a short drive to everything you would want to visit in the white mountains area. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so just be sure to know that incase you have trouble with stairs.

The front bedroom is the closest to the street and the traffic can be a little loud but not really an issue unless you are a very light sleeper. It would also be nice to have a list of local recommendations for area restaurants in the area to try.

We had an amazing stay at Backyard Bliss! Seamless check-in, beautifully decorated and clean, comfortable beds, and lots of little extras (ie: game room, board games, coffee, kitchen gadgets, highchair, fans in the bedrooms, kid toys etc). The location was perfect and just a 10-15 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. Though we didn't have time to use the backyard much, that was also a plus for this accommodation. I would definitely stay here again, next time with kids too :) Thank you for hosting us!
