an exceptional welcome, attentive staff, and very friendly and explanatory. the places are spacious and the cleanliness is impeccable. there is everything you need to have a good stay, whether for 2 days or 1 week, the place is perfect.

The host was very nice and responding proactively, the apartment was very clean.

Nothing related to the property. Just for awareness, during the night taxis from Fuimicino airport will cost about 30 euros and 25 during the day. Alessandro (the owner) was super nice and he took me to the closest train station and I went to the airport by train which only costed me 8 euros. The apartment has a door which takes to another apartment (i guess) and which i can be opened from this other apartment, but during my staying i didn't have any issues at all with this, it's just for awareness. In addition the bathroom and the bedroom have keys so the doors can be locked.

For 2 women traveling alone it felt industrial. We did not walk to dinner or breakfast.

The apartment is very close to the commercial center with various brands. Great location for shopping.

As a veteran global traveler, when I come across a property such as this. I get as much of it as possible. Being in Rome, many would think a person would never be in the place much, so untrue with this place if your truly looking for place to wind down from too many flights and too many crappy hotels. The pickup at et the airport by Umbi was on time and a pleasant meeting indeed. As we drove into the area, I was a little unsure because as a solo traveler you have to be a little cautious, but when I seen us pull into the driveway which is only footsteps away from the Massive Davinci outdoor shopping plaza I just knew it was going to be good. then when I got out and seen this magnificent brick well maintain 3 level home, I was excited to get inside. When I did, which was through a few secure doors and into the apartment, all I wanted to do was settle in and get some rest. The apartments separate bedroom was just so perfect and seriously quiet. After only 1 night, I asked Ale, the owner if I could stay longer even though I had 3 more nights already booked. Unsurprisingly, he said they were booked....Of course they were! Thea[partment had literally everything you could think of, very unlike many apartment hotels. Full cutlery, great cookware, full size fridge and all in a sizeable kitchen with a sofa placed perfectly. The transportation may it be by the owner or taxi was simple and fast to get to the Leonard train going direct into the city. It is a little more than a 30 minute trip and drops you right in the center of this amazing city called Rome. I am sometimes hesitant to write such a positive revue because I know it will become very hard to get in the future, but as I will not be back in Rome for sometime Ale and his family indeed deserve a 6 Star rating because they really went all out to create the perfect stay, may it be a short or long term stay.
