Buena ubicación. Departamento amplio y bien equipado (con lavadora y refrigerador). Acceso autónomo. Vecinos amables. Anfitrión muy atento.

Ropa de cama en mal estado de higiene (con olor a humedad y con manchas). Limpieza deficiente. Considerar que al estar cerca de la calle el entorno es ruidoso a altas horas de la noche.
