Very clean and tidy apartment, close to most attraction sites, with a friendly host.

I didn't find the remote control of the TV, not a big deal but the host offered to buy a new one

- toilet was really bad, could not take a shower because of conditions (dangerous) - also water on the floor, sink needed; also not clean ,; - towel was not directly provided - no wifi - no socket in the bedroom for phone charging - old building, appartment at 5th floor but elevator working only with key, not renovated

This property is very near to the beach and marina. It have mall next block and all necessity shop available all around it. Nice place to stay and rest.

The location is super good for an affordable price.

Let’s be honest. The price to quality ratio is really good. Everything you want to see and get is quite close. The downside is the apartment was really dirty, the kitchen gear still contained old food rests and many hairs. There were dirty towels from previous guests in the bathroom and a lot of dirt on the floor as well as mold in the bathroom walls. We started the contact through WhatsApp with a person who told us where to make the check in. Since it’s an apartment in a house where marocan people living we didn’t expect a reception or something like this. But when we arrived we couldn’t find the entrance. After asking around a person called for another person who could speak English. He helped us a lot and apparently had also the keys to our apartment. The only weird thing was that he didn’t have anything to do with the apartment. After having a conversation with him it turned out the owner (the one we communicated with before) would never appear. Instead he asked us how much we payed because he is running his own business nearby and wanted to check how much he could demand. The apartment has no wifi but there is a mall around the corner. Of course we know that for the price we can’t expect an hotel and that the standard is different from our country. We don’t want to sound rude. But at least the bare minimum of clean space and a smooth communication should be expected. All in all it’s a good price if you don’t want to spend your time of the day at the apartment and you don’t mind staying at a dirty apartment.

I ended up extending my stay by an extra day! The location was just perfect :D

Excellent location, just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby mall :)

The only positive is the location close to the medina and the train station.

The bedding smelled musty. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet is stuck to the sink, so you can't stand in front of the sink. I suspect there is a leak in the bathroom, because when I arrived it was covered in water, which makes your shoes wet and as a result the floor in the whole apartment dirty. There was no toilet paper. When I got home at midnight and needed toilet paper for the first time, I found that there was none. When I sent a message to ask about it, I got the answer that his wife forgot it and that I should have asked her when I checked in. As if it was my responsibility to check if there was toilet paper when I arrived. I just assume that. He told me to go to the store and buy some. Just before going to bed I saw a big cockroach in the bedroom. Out of fear I hardly slept a wink. The apartment building is dirty. The elevator is very old and I didn't dare to use it. This means 5 floors with the stairs (with luggage). When checking in, I spontaneously told the woman that I would be leaving between 10 and 11. The next day, at 9:45, I received a message asking when I would be leaving. I replied that I would be leaving at 11:30 at the latest. I was then told that I had told his wife that I would be leaving at 10. Apparently, a workman was waiting at the door. I was having breakfast outside at that moment. I did not finish my breakfast and immediately went to the apartment to pack and leave at 10:30. I felt pressured to leave as soon as possible. There is also a lot of noise in the building. The residents are very common. Update after very poor reaction of the owner in which he lies. I took my time to warn other travellers, so that they know what to expect and won't be dissapointed. The truth hurts they say, that's why you attacked me personnaly. You're just making a fool of yourself. I'm not welcome...hilarious!

Apart from the location of the apartment, there is not much to mention

For a small family with kids, there were few hazards such as the light switch coming off. The smell in the house was bad. No linen, no towels , no toilet paper even and no bin bag. Basic stuff that can make a difference. The noise in the résidence was loud.
