Luxury apartment near Astoria with AC

The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel cozy and at home. Cleanliness was sufficient. We used all kitchen appliances and they worked fine. The instructions for the check in were beyond helpful, finding the apartment following the video instruction was really easy. There is a City Spar right at the bottom of the building, which was a big big plus to our comfort. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was clean. We arrived with two kids, and they loved the apartment too. We stayed in winter time, and the apartment was really warm, there is floor heating in the bathroom. It was perfect, we definitely recommend it, and we will consider rebooking in case we want to take a similar ling weekend again.

There are a small thing that is beyond the control of the hosts and is really just a minor inconvenience. The apartment is right at the door where the other residents enter the floor, and at night it is a bit loud when they arrive home and the corridor light is quite bright inside the apartment. Prepare with some eye covers if you are sensitive to this and you'll be fine. My kids did not wake up to any of these instances.

There's no better location, the apartment was the same as the pictures, fully equipped and they aren't throwing away the useful things what the previous guests left there ( I mean for example the salt, sugar; coffee, tea, daily hygiene stuff as toothpaste or shower gel ), and that's great for the next guests and for the environment too! We loved it!

The only thing what I can say negative about it, unfortunately the heater has a continuous noise as a dryer. It's not too loud, but can be disturbing for those, who can sleep in totally quiet only

Location is perfect and close to everything. This was especially important for us since we came for new year's celebration. Apartment was looking at the inner courtyard and thus it was very quiet. Perfect for the rest after long day of walking.

Sofa was a bit rough but usable. But this is not acceptable at this asking price. TV works but it was practically unusable. Out of 166 channels there are 20 or so available and only two watchable if you don't speak Hungarian. Even though it's a smart tv we were unable to play anything on it from our phones.
