That they don't have thing for tea nor water on the arrival. You have to come with your bath soap

The place was very nice and the security was awesome

I had a problem with the WIFI and network which I think was everyone's problem due to the rain that was taking place in Durban which caused some of the services to be interrupted and also I had a problem with the cooling system which is AIR-CONDITIONING that was not in the apartment that I was in to, although there was a Fan which helps also because the weather was cool

The place was very clean and located in a good area.

I was very disappointed that we did not have a pool right outside our flat as this was shown in the pictures before paying for the flat. Furthermore, the flat looked bigger and more spacious in the booking.com app than in person.
