Чисто. Инструкция для чек ин четкая. Постель удобная. Белье хорошее. Посторонних запахов нет. Кухней не пользовались. Понравилось что есть фужеры, мелочь, но приятно)) состояние квартиры как на фото.

Надо было проходить через другой подъезд и паркинг. Но, меня это особо не расстроило, тем более в описании написали что это временно.

Чисто, нет запахов, постельное белье чистое. Всё было хорошо, комфортно

Нет тапочек, были чьи то использованные. Нет халатов. Нет чайных пакетиков.

"A very comfortable and cozy stay in the convenient location"

Amazing location, just a 15-minute walk from Khan Shatyr, which is quite central in the newer part of Astana. Easy to reach supermarkets, cafes, public services centre and other points of interest. Very clean, great quality bed, AC was working very well. It was good to have lighting on the balcony, which can be used as ambience for the bedroom. The keyless door lock is easy to use. The host was very responsive and helpful. We provided feedback to the host, and he took it into account and will improve future stays even more.

Lacked some basic items such as 2nd bedside table, no ambient lighting, only extra bright ceiling lights (uncomfortable to use late in the evening), few clothing hangers, no shoehorn, only 2 wine glasses and a not microwave-friendly set of plates.
