výborné jídlo a famózní sushi, skvělý personál, především manažerka, která nám vždy poradila, vyšla vstříc a pomohla s každou nesnází. Personál byl celkově usměvavý a neustále z nich vyzařovala pozitivní energie. Připadali jsme si zde moc komfortně. Děkujeme!

I booked only one night and I have needed to extend my stay, due to their fully booked schedule they are very generous to offer me their villa to accommodate my need. I love that they resolved my problem very quickly and I was able to rest well.

I haven't had stuffs that I don't like, maybe some stuffs just need to replace and improved but overall, place, view and staff is exceptional! I have videos I cant upload here for my review!

Le cadre bien sûr et le calme. Le personnel d'accueil est incroyable et répond à toutes vos attentes : téléphone en panne, il trouve quelqu'un pour le réparer. Besoin de changer de l'argent, il commandite un chauffeur pour vous amener au change, vous attendre et vous ramener... J'ai été surclasser sans rien demander. La mer à marée haute permet de voir avec un masque des coraux et des poissons à foison. J'ai même pu voir 2 tortues, magnifique !

La serrure de la chambre à changer, la climatisation à nettoyer et à revoir. Je suis tombée malade durant le séjour à cause de la climatisation. Le personnel du service de petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout réactif, vous oublie ou ne dessert pas, ou trois heures après ! Les draps pourraient être changés plus souvent et, même si je suis seule, je peux avoir 2 serviettes et non pas une !

при строительстве нового корпуса начинали сверлить в 7 утра и это в новогодние праздники. пытались спасаться берушами)))) но это временно, нам просто немного не повезло)))

What I liked about the property is that it has potential. The pool is nice, and it has a private beach, which is kept clean.

My stay at this property was extremely unpleasant. From the very first day, there were serious issues with the water. The shower only had cold water, and when I reported this to reception, maintenance falsely tried to blame me for damaging the shower. Later, they admitted that the water heater was very old. The following day, there was no water at all. Despite reporting this again, the property offered no solution. For the entire week, I had to wash myself in the sink or pay to shower at other resorts, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and the service was very poor. On one occasion, I ordered dinner and, after placing the order, had to wait an hour and a half to be served a simple rice and egg dish, a meal that does not include chili and that I did not request with any special seasoning. Nevertheless, it was served with an excessive amount of chili, added without any prior notice. While I was eating, staff members were watching me, looking at each other, and laughing, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable. When I went to pay, the receptionist made an ironic comment asking if I had liked the food, which reinforced my impression that the chili may have been added intentionally. To make matters worse, the beds and pillows are of very poor quality. I ended up with body pain during my stay, making it almost impossible to rest properly. Additionally, the overall quality of service was very low, and the English level of the afternoon staff was insufficient, which made communication difficult and worsened the experience even further. I do not recommend this property under any circumstances and would not stay here again.

The mattess was ok any thing else was dirty. We really enjoyed the Belgian restaurant just a short walk from there

no proper cleaning, no, maintenance, poor sercive, laud music all day long karaoke style. The parking was basically a mud pool where many cars got stuck. Laud construction going on at the entrance and on top of the roof. The pool water looked green and the lyers in the pool are rottening and the paint cumming off. The beach could be nice if there wer not the ferry peer almost next door
