Chic Deluxe Studio at Thibault Square

The room itself was good. The bed was comfortable.

The shower experience was horrible. It was the single reason i didn't enjoy my stay. The drainage was non-existent. My feet were taking baths i didn't ask for.

Everything about my stay was amazing, service, staff and loved the view from the apartment. Will definitely come back again.

Room was clean on check in but it was not refreshed daily as I would have expected.

The view was very nice, the room was clean and smell nice too. The host was the host was the best, very friendly and helpful guy. I’m definitely going back

My room was not cleaned the entire stay. We ran out of coffee and sugar coz no one came to clean and refill. Not sure which procedure I was supposed to follow to get someone to clean .

Staff are friendly and helpful, next to a lots of things . Easy to move around

The room was private 1512 we had to use same towels/bedding for 5days, room was dirty on arrival we reported water leak I had to mop by my self. No one came. the stove was not working , air-conditioned not functional only cold air. Under bed was dirty paper under bed. Fridge leak water. Standard was low. Door pin was long struggle to use pin.
