Lovely Stable mews in hidden location

Great location and really cosy place. We were going to a party at the spa hotel which was great and in walking distance from house. Everything you’d need and loved bottled water in fridge. Thank you for letting us use washing machine. Host really helpful prior to our stay. The place was very clean and fun!

Aggressive parking notices from neighbour was really off putting. Driving a Honda jazz we couldn’t have been closer to the wall - ignored it because we didn’t want it to ruin our holiday and it was a bit embarrassing on them they couldn’t just knock and ask us to move. but had we been staying longer we probably would have complained. Not the hosts fault - but obviously an ongoing civil issue.

I don't recommend walking up the steep hill from the train station after a long day of exploring 😅

Convenient location very Clean and quirky

Parking was a little tight for a big car you would struggle however the host offered a parking permit for on road parking a 2 minute walk away so wasn’t an issue if there was more than one car or a larger car

This is the first time we’ve opted for this type of stay over a hotel. We weren’t disappointed it was clean, beautifully decorated although I’m still trying to figure out why one of the chairs was on the table 🤭. The property had everything we needed and and everything was good quality lovely shower lovely rooms and the owner had left some milk and water in the fridge which was very kind and much appreciated. The location is very quiet and although our car was quite big, we still managed to tuck it into the allocated parking space quite easily. The property isn’t the easiest to find, but that wasn’t a problem because the owner had provided photographs which proved very useful.

I really don’t think there’s anything to say here. I would very much recommend using this as a base for a very enjoyable visit to Royal Tunbridge Wells

The location was perfect being within a 5 minute walk to the town centre, and a 10 -15 minute walk to a park, and the station

Having no television in the property did not really affect us, as we were out most of the time. I could see it being an issue for some people if they were stuck in doors due to bad weather though
