Super Hotel by Perfectstayz Mall Road

The hotel is located right on a steep road (Nagar Palika Road) rising from the crowded Mall Road. The hotel is in a bad condition, with room latches dangling and not working. The staff gives unnecessary stupid 'gyan' trying to justify why the latches should not be used! Heavy water seepage has taken place in a number of walls in the common areas like staircases, passages etc and again the staff tries to justify that the condition is due to heavy rainfall in Mussoorie. Food is ok except breakfast. There is NO lift. The staff have to drag your suitcases from the parking place in front of Nagar Palika office, which is located even higher and drag the luggage up the stairs. Most of the staff are good and prompt but the guy at the reception desk acts too smart and keeps asking for payment immediately on check-in, without letting the guests even see the property which has so many drawbacks. Overall, AVOID this hotel which is NOT a 'Superstay' at all. It is a CHEAP hotel. The pictures are misleading. The only good thing is that it has a budget price and located close to the Mall Road, which facilitates shopping.

Bad smell in room, size very small, parking charges with govt MCD - 450/- that is hidden cost, they don't provide hotel parking, I had to cancel my stay immediately

Enjoyed our stay for three nights. Friendly host and nice gesture of the staffs. Services were prompt.
