INThe communication with the host was seemless. They picked me up from the airport at a cost of 25 Euros. Got a quick orientation as well as some recommendations for the city. The apartment is extremely conveniently located. Everything is within walking distance and great when there's not many tourists in the city. The bedroom was spacious enough for me, and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was sufficiently equipped for a pleasant stay.
At least some coffee or a small coffee machine would make the stay better. The building and the toilet fixtures are pretty old, and the toilet is old style and extremely small. The shower area and the curtain are not guaranteed to contain the water when you are taking a shower, so one may need to mop it up later. There's music playing from the nearby restaurants/bars at night, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Unrenovated apartament with really old (and sometimes broken) furniture. Also the bed was broken. Looks like no money was invested at all in it for a really long time even the potential is great.

MEGreat location! The very center of the city, walking distance to all the main attractions. Despite the fact that it is a tourist center, it is VERY quiet at night. This is an amazing opportunity to live in a historic building cheaply but comfortably - and this is the main feature of this offer. I would like to thank the owner Obrad separately. He let me checkin early in the morning and adjusted to my changing plans. He was always in touch and was happy to make my presence comfortable with his helpful advice.
All minor shortcomings of this place are compensated by the advantages.
