1. Tilam keras macam baring atas papan 2. Sofa janji ada jerla 3. Water preassure slow 4. Window locks rosak, when complaint kena ikut time technician dia pula. Kena tinggalkan meeting sebab nak kena attend time tech. 5. Smoking outside properties, owner plk fine. Katanya smoking dalam rumah, tapi bila minta prove takde pulak.. senang buat duit!! 6. Rumah tiada security front grill

Owner instructions is clear for self check in.The unit is nice, spacious,clean enough, the beds and sofabeds are nice. Unit location is in indera mahkota so like 15mins away from exact kuantan city. Overall i would rate this stay was satifying experience.

though i would suggest spray some oil to reduce the toilet door hinges sound so creaky. Kinda loud,sometimes my baby awake from sleep bcause of it when going to toilet in middle of night.
