No lift facility . Was a nightmare to carry the luggages up to the 2nd level.

Everything, the apartment is simply stunning. Perfect location, well-furnished and equipped, tastefully decorated, welcoming and homey, and the hosts are very kind with excellent communication. We felt at home from arrival to departure.

The A/C is a little underpowered for the size of the apartment, it struggles to keep up with the high ceilings in the living room and bedroom on very hot days.

Such a well designed and well furnished apartment! Very comfortable stay with everything you might desire. Very spacious, everything functional, very clean, very airy . All this made our stay extremely comfortable. It was home away from home. Well lit apartments yet can be toned down when the sun is bright in summer. Air conditioned and well equipped with fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine. Lots of cupboard space in both bedroom and kitchen, and bathroom is just perfect. Its in an excellent location, since its close to the station and to the center but still very quiet and safe. Has a convenience store just around the corner which makes things a lot easier for stocking up. The host is excellent, always available to be contacted and very helpful with insights on the city. Highly recommended.

Fabulous apartment in a great location, quiet street and 10 min walk to city centre. Mini mart across the road and short walk to beautiful central parks. We stayed 5 nights in Zagreb, our first time in Croatia and my first time in Europe. The apartment felt like our home away from home, it is very spacious and has everything you need. If you don’t like climbing stairs or find it difficult, this is not the apartment for you. You have to climb 5 sets of stairs to reach the apartment door. We found it to be very quiet and peaceful. Zagreb is very quiet in August as many locals head to the coast for their summer vacation. The apartment has eclectic African-themed decor, looks great! We were very pleased to be able to wash our clothes (detergent provided), a large clothes horse and pegs are provided, it was so warm our washing dried overnight. August weather is very hot, there is a split system air con in the lounge room, which the bedroom is adjacent to. The bed is very firm, which my husband didn’t mind, but I preferred sleeping on the huge couch, I found it more comfortable and cooler in the lounge room. Communication with our hosts was online and very satisfactory. Bring your own: soap & toiletries (liquid soap for handwashing only provided), facial tissues.

Bed mattress quite firm, pillows very soft. A folder with apartment instructions would be useful, we couldn’t find instructions for the washing machine, had to look online, finally found them. A small soap and small shampoo for the shower would be useful upon arrival, especially when visitors are coming from overseas.
