location was amazing. hosts was kind and amazing

lift is always out of order, the next door neighbours were always making noises(which i understand can’t be helped by the hosts)

Friendly staff, quiet and nice place with everything one needs (except a hair dryer), great location, and easy access

The staff were amazing and nothing was too much. The location is great for being in the centre and close to everything.

Yes the lift was out of order for a week, but no issue as the stirs were fine ( i was only on the second floor).
