Sometimes the water heater was not working.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, essendo in 7, avrei preferito un WC In più.

Nora is a fantastic, Proactive and supportive host, she really made us feel at home since before taking the plane to Norway. Accommodated early check-in without compromising quality of the cleaning and supported us always with prompt answers to any request. She proactively provided essential food both for dinner and breakfast so we didn’t have to get crazy to find an open supermarket on Sunday, which was a fantastic relief traveling with kids. She was also very professional, despite me reaching her through WhatsApp for convenience, she always kept a copy of her answers in the Booking chat for full transparency, which demonstrated serious commitment.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit atemberaubendem Blick über Tromsø Nach einer ziemlich schlechten Anreise kamen wir erst am Abend in der Wohnung an – und dann: wow. Wir waren sofort sehr positiv überrascht, und alles Negative des Tages war wie weggeblasen. Schon der erste Schritt in das Apartment wird mit einem grandiosen Blick auf Tromsø belohnt. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dabei gleichzeitig sehr großzügig geschnitten. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Wohnzimmer auf der Empore – dadurch hat man noch mehr Weite und noch mehr von diesem fantastischen Ausblick. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Supermarkt in Laufnähe hat bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet, somit konnten wir uns auch noch versorgen.

Of our whole trip, this was the best accommodation we have stayed during our trip. The host provided clear instructions for the villa apartment, we had a smooth check-in. The most grateful is that when we arrived, the apartment had been warmly heat up, this really helps us with the cold weather that day. All basic amenities were provided, in fact the host went beyond, by providing clear labels on almost all the kitchen amenities, this helps us saves time figuring out our own. It just shows the effort behind in making sure every guests had everything needed. We really felt at home when we first arrived at the apartment. Hope to return again if we visit Tromso the next time ^^

Dette er en av de beste plassene jeg har leid. Fantastisk - rent, komfortabelt, god plass, nydelig utsikt, sengetøy og sengene er meget gode. Helt perfekt. Verten er hyggelig og imøtekommende. Vil absolutt bodd der igjen ved neste anledning.
