Airport Hotel Swan Near Delhi Airport

It was a scam, I was forced to stay in a nearby pathetic hotel by the hotel staff.

I was scammed, when I arrived at the hotel it wasn’t the same hotel which I have booked on booking.com. Lots of bedbugs and cockroaches in the room and it was too stinky,Bedcover and pillows cover wasn’t changed.loud noise throughout the night. Bad experience horrible.

The overall service was an excellent... especially the food is too yummy and maintained high quality. The hotel lobby and environment is very conducive and I can recommend others to visit and stay at this hotel in Delhi. Thanks for lovely service

The staffs were very cordial, friendly and respectful. They only need to improve on maintaining a good set of bed linen.

Just a suggestion to the management that they should add more staff which can easy the guest staying and staff too...

Facility is very good. But car parking is a problem. Further there is no place for drivers to attend to their morning routines including taking bath. As it serves both vegetarian & non vegetarian food, it's a big problem for strict vegetarian.
