Location Host was super lovely and caring

Bathroom was awful I had insects on my bedroom pillow, Got bedbug bites WiFi signal was bad Room smelled like fish because the room is near the kitchen

Clean room very close to beach and grocery store Perfect location . I'm really satisfied. Thanks to the incharge she is cooperative and sweet.

While the woman was lovely , I did not fully trust the setup for BKNY. She did offer us complimentary breakfast on the last morning and overall seemed nice . The only redeeming factor was the location but it would not be enough for me to stay again

Horrendous. Do not stay. I never leave negative reviews but that's how little I trust this place . Wifi- non existent. Showers terrible . No pressure. you would be better off with a bottle. Air con was very poor also . Bed bugs found on last morning . Cleaning staff did not care , they actually laughed . When we went to check in we were informed the room did not exist (we booked a room with three double beds ) . This was happening to another guest in tandem. We were offered a lesser room for the same price as the original . The other guest was told the same . She pretended there was no rooms but let slip she always keeps a few rooms spare . She also was feigned suprise that booking.com keeps doing this type of overbooking. Delighted my stay is over . Ps. If questioned over the bed bugs , please note I have a video of them that is timestamped so please don't waste my time by denying them . I'm not posting the video
