The room is big and comfortable. Easy access, easy check in check out process. I like that there are many restaurants around, easy to find food. Definitely will stay again next time. Sorry didn't manage to take photo.

Only microwave and toilet bowl. I want to heat my coffee but the microwave is not working (I'm not sure if it's the microwave or the plug point problem). When using the toilet, the toilet bowl shakes and makes noise. other than that everything is ok

No response,already confirmed and paid full amount.once my guess arrive they told us the room is all fully booked which I already paid for the room. I requested a refund because unable to check in because the error is from hotel side. They ignored the message and no action taken or any refund.
