Exceptional hotel, we stayed in the suites, & what a treasure they are. Such a delight. The details & quality amazing. The staff & service are fabulous. And the wellness spa was wonderful.

Locatie excelenta, de vis as putea spune! Personalul foarte serviabil (atat cel din receptie cat si cel din restaurant). Ne-au aratat si pesterile din interior si totul este de vis- multumesc pe aceasta cale si managerului restaurantului (imi pare rau, nu am retinut numele). Voi reveni cu drag!

Faptul ca am solicitat factura si au spus ca trebuie sa o solicit pe booking, rezervarea fiind facuta prin ei, insa e singurul hotel care nu a putut sa-mi ofere factura solicitata anterior- eu mergand doar prin booking si neprimind niciodata factura de la booking ci de la unitatile de cazare.

We had a wonderful stay at Ajwa. AJWA Cappadocia is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at! The aesthetics of the property internally and externally is simply stunning. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also good but not a huge spread! The coffee museum is a must do! I was very impressed by the equipment in the fitness centre and the spa was also amazing. Loved the Islamic ethos of the hotel and the musjid on site was lovely.

The property is a bit far off from Urgup town and also from Goreme m, with no shops/supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance. The hotel has stopped offering free shuttle service to the town which is a pity as this is greatly needed given the location. The restaurant on site is quite overpriced with not such an extensive menu either.
