Location of the property, spacious room, customer support, contaactless key collection and nice instructions on how to find the place and keys.
Very steep and narrow stairs to the apartment, no capsules for washing machine, nothing to clean dishes with, no knife. The bathroom is not well maintained, very slippery floor with no rug, flickering light, one light not working, leaking shower head and very bad ventilation system.
