Smile home, Zaanse schans and Amsterdam Appartements

Location is very central 8min walk from train/bus station. 5min walk from the supermarkets / amenities. 5min walk from restaurants.

No washing machine nor tumble dryer but these were not part of the facilities listed.

Nella cameretta non c'è un armadio , o per lo meno dei piani d'appoggio idem nella camera matrimoniale , c'è solo un piccolo mobile basso ,è un peccato perché di spazio ce n'è in abbondanza. Essendo posizionato direttamente sulla strada di notte e al mattino è molto disturbato . Il forno purtroppo non era stato pulito Non c'è il freezer

De locatie. Op loopafstand van het dorp.

Het appartement is voor vier personen, maar er staan maar 3 stoelen. Het was erg heet in het appartement en dat kwam doordat de vloerverwarming op volle toeren draaide. De thermostaat reageerde niet op lager zetten. We moesten bellen om het probleem te kunnen verhelpen. Het appartement is slecht geventileerd, net als de badkamer. Toilet bleef lopen. Geen handleiding van huishoudelijke apparatuur aanwezig. Wat ook opvalt is dat er veel zaken zijn die slecht zijn afgewerkt: lichtpunten niet aangesloten, binnendeur zonder ruitjes. Er zijn meerdere appartementen in het blok en het is heel gehorig met waterleiding, badkamergeluiden, de trap etc. We hebben deze punten bij vertrek aangegeven aan de host. Deze wilde alleen iets doen als we in ruil daarvoor een 10 in zouden vullen op de evaluatie. :-( Toen we later wat meer reviews na gingen lezen, zagen we dat sommige van bovengenoemde punten al sinds vorig jaar worden aangegeven.

Large and comfy apartment. Two bedrooms with good beds. Very good communication and suppurts from the host. Kitchen was also well-equipped.

Air flow/circulation to one of the bedrooms was not good (not a major issue)

It was clean-ish.

The apartment had some issues, bare wires, the smell of open sewers in the bedroom, the terrible sound from the pipes when upstairs flushed the toilet, no parking and no blackout curtains in the front of the apartment.

Easy to locate, good communication from the owners. Everything we needed, a good base to go exploring. Would recommend.
