Nicely Furnished Rooms in Aylesbury

Very good property in a very good area

Space for parking. Fridge and pool table downstairs.

Upon arrival I was told that the host was on a train so could not meet me despite it being at the time I had requested to arrive (could have told me to arrive at another time it would have been fine). I had just finished a long drive and was keen to rest before working in the area tomorrow. After 15 or so minutes of her ringing people like her Mum and the other guests to try and let me in one of the guests heard me speaking outside the property and came down saying he assumed I was meant to be staying here. When getting to the room I was surprised to find a single bed as I had paid for the double room. I had considered staying in a local hotel where there was a single room but decided to choose this place instead as it had a double and facilities like a fridge. Upon asking about this I first spoke to the mum who told me that "double room doesn't mean double bed it just means double the space"... Which is a bizarre thing to say. I pointed out the icon on the booking has a double bed on it. When speaking to the host she gave a different story and said someone had booked in last minute after me and she'd decided to give them my room as they were a last minute booking (??) surely you respect your original bookings. It was late at night so I left it and went to bed. Apologies we're made but no offers of money back. If it had been earlier in the evening I would have left and found somewhere else to stay. Nice place just very disappointing customer service.

Nice and clean with fully equipped kitchen. Nice clean room with wardrobe and a work desk if you use one. Hosts left me a key as I was arriving late which was good . Everything as described in the advert so well worth the low price paid. Plenty of stuff in the bathroom but unsure if it was other guests toiletries or for everyone to use so take your own just incase. It’s Basically like living in a shared house except there is cctv in the hallway areas.

Everyone wanted to use bathroom at same time of the morning which is unfortunate for early work leavers but that’s just unlucky and probably depends on who’s is staying at the time. There is another toilet downstairs to use but only one shower. Only one pillow on the bed but didn’t check wardrobe for another one or call the host.

A great place to stay, the house was very quiet, so nice and relaxing

Excellent Hospitality service provided within a Peaceful and Serene Neighborhood. The Property has a well Furnished accommodation space with a Homely ambiance that drowns the clutter and evokes a restful therapeutic serenity. This is a resource facility meeting varying needs and requirements.
