The house is charming and clean, Good beds and a good shower. The road in front of the house is not too busy. The central green part of Soest (de Eng) is very easy to reach from the house. It has a big garden in the back, mainly a stone terrace.

The kitchen is small. This is not too bad, but the gas stove is cramped in a corner, making it hard to cook. The fridge is located in the living room, as there was no room in the kitchen. The house has several clamping doors, and the front door doesn't close unless slammed. Most of this can be fixed relatively easy, and it would help the house leaving a much better impression.
