A recepção foi maravilhosa e fiz uma massagem que relaxei de tal maneira que acabei dormindo. Também comi uma pasta no almoço muito boa, o pequeno almoço é excelente. Amei o banheiro do quarto, simplesmente divino.

Tudo correu bem.

Wir hatten einen wirklich ganz wundervollen Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und schön und die Anlage insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie der Kuchen am Nachmittag und der zweite Room-Service waren schön. Tagsüber konnte man das Hotel problemlos zu Fuß verlassen.

Ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel, de kamer evenals de badkamer waren lekker ruim! Lekker verzorgd ontbijtje .. Laatste check ´‘s avonds ..lichtje aan, chocolade 🍫 op bed..zalig!

Decent price, clean, secure and well located

Technically 5star in amenities list but service was patchy (some excellent, some diffident) and fitout to me seemed pretty basic.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! The interior is beautifully designed – stylish and full of attention to detail. The staff deserve special praise: exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You feel welcome from the very first moment. A huge thank you to Chanel at the reception, who went above and beyond to help us with our missing luggage. She was incredibly supportive, contacting the airline and doing everything she could to make sure our suitcases were returned as quickly as possible – truly outstanding service! The breakfast was fantastic – fresh, varied, and of excellent quality. The in-room coffee machine was another lovely touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back – highly recommended!

Nothing to complain

L’atmosphère familial, le personnel de gentillesse exceptionnel, Chanel et la fille qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner ( malheureusement je n’ai pas retenu son nom) ‘dépassés tout nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner était de bon qualité et abondant avec beaucoup de choix, les fruits fraîches.Vraiment grand merci.

The staff were friendly and very helpful with arranging drivers.

The location required being driven to all activities and dinners. We ventured out for a long walk to Sea Point but needed a ride back as we were told walking at night was unsafe.
