The Staff were all absolutely phenomenal. We got such a warm greeting and amazing service throughout our stay. Room was great, nice bath and shower, plus a nice little patio. Rooftop has gorgeous views.

Everything was perfect. Fantastic location - 15 mins walk from V&A. The breakfast was amazing - lots of choice and really good quality ingredients. And, this was the first hotel I stayed in during 3 weeks in South Africa that had a really good selection of teas! As a tea drinker, I really appreciated that. They also have afternoon tea cake available every day!! The rooms were lovely and well proportioned, and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage there for a few days while we were away on safari, which really helped with logistics. Sadly, I didn't have time to check out the spa facilities, but I would love to next time. I would only stay in his hotel if/when I come to Cape Town again - I stayed in a couple of others before this, and this was by far the best.
