I like everything about the house, the environment, how comfortable it is. Owner also keep the house very clean, I can say it spotless. They also fast response when I have enquiry about anything. Overall I'm really satisfied with my stay here and will repeat again if I have a chance

Overall, it was a nice stay. My family and I really loved the bathtub, interior design, and the sea view.

A few areas that could be improved: TV remote control sensor wasn't very responsive; car park had no lighting at night, feel a bit unsafe when going out/coming back after dark; after leaving the property, no mobile network coverage at all until we reached the city area. Contactless check in was convenient, but the remote staff service felt rather impersonal/not very warm (almost like talking to robots). Not sure how many stays you are managing at once, but you may want to consider these improvements if you wish to elevate to 5 star, rather than being mainly operationally excellent. Still appreciate your team for working during cny. The scenery was lovely, and my family did enjoy the stay. Cheers.

装修很有巴厘岛风格，窗户外有海景。

第一晚的时候浴室热水器坏了，不能洗澡。厨房里有蚂蚁和蟑螂，需要加强清洁
