Bali Residence Melaka by Jeffery Lam Home Management

Was very clean very new well furnished and designed stepping into the place felt I was staying in Bali despite being in Melaka. There were many photo spots around the house my family couldn’t stop taking photos. There was a water dispenser and kettle fridge, induction stove in the unit I was staying with cutlery. Place felt very secure that there were security guards around during the day. Stayed only for one night in Melaka . We initially wanted to explore jonker in the morning but decided to explore the apartment facilities instead . They have a wild kids pool , infinity pool , kids play ground , small bouldering wall, tennis/ squash court ( that needs to be booked) , well equipped gym! Perfect for family stay . It was pretty crowded on a weekday morning. It has some shops and restaurants and food nearby along the side of the apartment. Very comfortable space for 4 people.

The car park is pretty narrow space and confusing to navigate . It was difficult to find the carpark space the first time . But really small inconvenience considering the value and beauty of the space.

Beautiful, clean, fragrant, comfortable. Everything is perfect. Anyone looking for a place to stay, please choose this place. Worth it!

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and it was just as excellent as the first. The space is very well maintained—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. Everything you need is provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. I really appreciate the consistency in quality and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and relaxing stay.

This is my second time staying at this apartment, and overall it remains a great experience. The unit is very clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable—definitely the highlight of the stay. A couple of minor points to note: the designated car park is quite strict, so parking in the wrong lot may result in a clamp, and the lift can get a bit slow during peak hours. That said, these are small issues compared to the overall comfort and quality of the apartment. The cozy and well-kept space makes it well worth coming back.
