Only 2 rooms have air-conditioning: one bedroom and common room. Other 3 bedrooms don't. Only one normal bathroom with shower and wc. Others or without wc or without a shower. May be these apartments will be good for big family. Private beach? For chaise longe you have to pay extra from 15€.

Lovely apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea and Sveti Stefan and direct access to the beach. The apartment is clean, airy, bright, and spacious with ample bedding for a large family. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay at Montesan.

Not spic and span but that maybe due to the proximity of salt water and sand.
