Modern and Spacious Edinburgh home with large garden

Beautiful property with lots of modern facilities. Owners were very helpful.

Nothing it was perfect.

We had a fantastic experience at this property. It was impeccably clean throughout, with every room spotless and well-maintained. The space was generous, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time, whether indoors or out. Most importantly, it was incredibly comfortable. From the cosy beds to the inviting living areas, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway!

This was absolutely perfect house for us, small group of friends/colleagues for a great relaxing long weekend after busy board meetings nearby. Host was great, very pleasant and respondsd very quickly to questions. Lots of very modern facilities, plenty bathrooms etc. Parking and short walk to good buses into city, all excellent. Very convenient to city bypass and drive to many attractions.

Only problem was with some upstairs power outlets not working, but plenty elsewhere. Few minutes walk to bus and to nearest shop we’re fine, but needed short drive to get main food and carry-out meals.

Wonderful clean big house. Perfect for our family of four. Only 20 mins drive into central Edinburgh. Must have a car though. Will definitely use again if in Edinburgh again.

Absolutely beautiful home. Could not have asked for a more gorgeous space to spend the weekend! Felt absolutely so safe and content - super clean and just a lovely lovely home overall.

The only tiny issue was location — as avid Uber users, we soon figured out that the house did not locate on the Uber app for drivers as it was a new build area. (A fewUber drivers told us this.) we found more success walking to the bus stop to order the Uber, although the buses were a great source of travel to the town too. Just a note for anyone else who may stay and find out too late about tricky Ubers like we did!

Great house fully equipped and so comfortable. The hosts left many treats and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

This is a lovely home, in a quiet neighborhood. The bus stand is just a 5 min walk from where you have regular bus services to Edinburgh. There is facility to park your car as well. The home is spacious, tastefully decorated, well provisioned with appliances. & essentials. The hosts are friendly, responsive, excellent in communication and have thoughtfully put together this vacation home. There is a lovely backyard where you can enjoy a bit of the outdoors. The living room, dining & kitchen are downstairs; while three bedrooms are upstairs with two ensuite bathrooms and a separate bath. Nothing to complain at all about this place. If you enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle & bustle, this is a recommended stay.
