This lack of assistance is unacceptable, especially for those who need a stable connection for remote work. The agent could have easily identified the problem through the screenshots I sent. Soundproofing The lack of soundproofing is a significant problem. At night, the noise from people gathering near the apartment can be very disturbing. On Thursday night, I was awake until 2 a.m. The windows, not soundproofed, let in all the external noises. Additionally, the church bell tower in front rings every 30 minutes during the day, which can be annoying for those who are not used to it. Appliances: The apartment seems frozen in time: some appliances are outdated and noisy, although still functional (hair dryer, iron, washing machine, ceiling fan, kettle, etc.). Beds The main double bed is very comfortable. However, the secondary bed on the second floor is very narrow, smaller than a single bed.
