Apartman treba generalno očistiti, krevet na razvlačenje u dnevnoj sobi je katastrofa

Patul nu a fost confortabil ,lipsa cafetierei sau a cuptorului cu microunde .

Location was good, at least for my stay. The apartment is big, the rooms are spacy and you can hardly hear the noises from the road.

Upon arrival (22:30) we were informed that the apartment we were supposed to stay was occupied so we were given new instructions in order to enter another apartment in the same building which was almost the same. Unfortunately, the moment we opened the door we faced a terrible situation. The apartment was smelling like cigarettes, windows and balcony doors were closed and the atmosphere was suffocating. After a quick check in the kitchen we found out that the apartment was hardly cleaned, left with dirty kitchenware and breadcrumbs in the drawers. Hair and dust were easy to see also in the bedroom area. We immediately contacted the owner to inform him about the situation and we asked to be relocated which he said that can be done immediately. Later he explained that there's no available apartment for the same night so we had to wait until the next in order to enter the other accommodation. So we had to find a new place where we could sleep properly and without smelling like a pub or bar. The next day I came back to the original accommodation only to find out that there were already other people inside. When I met with the property manager he gave me the keys for the new apartment (which was the one we were supposed to stay from the beginning). Thankfully there was no smell this time. Unfortunately the condition was still bad though. Leftovers in the fridge from the previous tenants, dirty kitchenware and a dishwashing sponge which had turned gray, who knows how many people have used it so far. The mattress is also old with springs which are not making it so comfortable. Finally, there are amenities missing like the hydromassage (jacuzzi) and most important for us the clothe dryer.

Cosy and clean

Good communication with owner, good location, parking, strong Wifi, comfortable beds.

Bad hygiene, the apartment was dirty.
