Great little spot. Friendly to bike packers or a pair of friends. Views and had all you needed.

All was great for me but kind of a long walk to town if you go on foot.

Last floor with a view to the sea and the sunset, no building in front of the balcony. The balcony is large and the apartment is quite spacious, 2 single beds and a fully equipped kitchen. It is also a 15 walking distance to the center of the city with restaurants and cafeterias and 5 minutes to the closest big supermarkets. It is a great value for money - basic apartment with no luxury, but it is fully equipped and has everything you need for a few days.
