Location is great, the staff are very professional, the apartment is just great and the view is definitely spectacular. You have everything in the kitchen. And the most important part for me is the apartment was very clean. We definitely recommend and hope come back soon.

Awfull place, awfull host

Breathtaking city, bay, and ocean views from the 27th floor on large, private balcony! Beach service was great - had to walk a few minutes down the beach to get to it, but these staff members were friendly and the process was simple; you select 2 loungers with a shared umbrella, & can receive up to 4 plush towels, & a towel/cover for the 2 loungers. Pool area is beautiful and has a beautiful ocean view, cabanas, a bar with delicious drinks and restaurant. Comfy bed and pillows, large rooms and bathrooms. I slept great! I was granted early check in upon arrival, which was very helpful. Stores are a 5-10 min. short Uber/Lyft ride, which was nice.

Daily resort fees of $40/day should be included in pricing when booking or at least listed somewhere other than in pictures of the room. I did not look at all of the pics when booking, and when I gave my card at the resort, I thought I was only paying the security deposit. So when I looked at my bank account, that was when I learned I was charged resort fees + tax. Recommend cleaning sliding doors and balcony glass wall. Some of the resort staff were rude, but I notified management and was advised that this was addressed promptly, which I appreciated. I recommend resort rules/policies regarding the strict requirement of wrist bands be provided up front so that guests are not scolded by staff for not wearing the provided wristbands (and not to tighten wristband to fit, because it doesn't loosen). This would have made for a much more pleasant stay. When I notified management of this recommendation and the issue I had, they offered me a 10% discount on my next stay. I'm not sure if I would stay again only because of the way some of the resort staff treated me. This place could be 10/10 with improved communication and more friendly resort staff. The property is beautiful. .
