What I liked the most was the cleanliness, location, and the staff’s attentiveness.

The location is great and it seems very safe outside

When we arrived, the staff was not there to meet us even though our driver and myself tried to update them on the time. They blamed it on traffic when they said five minutes and arrived over 30 minutes later. We were stuck waiting on the street with two young children and bags. The shower was ice cold. Painfully, ice cold. We were all taking military showers.

Great location, great service, a lot of space and very clean! Very professional and courteous!
