The accommodation was perfect. Had everything we needed and more.

The traffic in front of the hotel, wasn't noisy but it was hard to cross the road.

Washing machine with liquid detergent provided. Walkable to many eating spots and stores. Very accomodating to our check in and check out arrangement.

The stairs leading to the property. Stroller, luggages need to be carried up and down the stairs (no lift). Grab drivers need to be “strategic” in dropping off as it is near a traffic light. Ironing board is too “thin” leaving marks on clothes.

The general appearance of the hotel was very unprofessional. In advance, they often wrote to me via Whatsapp because they wanted to know my exact arrival time to the minute. Local communication was poor as information was misconveyed because of poor English skills of the staff. The apartment was very dirty, the sheets and furniture stained and the kitchen poorly equipped. The air conditioning in the bedroom was very noisy and smelly. Also, the street noise was very loud, the whole house vibrated when a truck passed by.

Although most negative comments are about the noise as it’s directly next to the streets with lots of traffic, it doesn’t seem to bother us. But what bothered us was the car park..

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious; it was everything I was looking for. Location was convenient and was within walking distance of most major amenities. The price was very reasonable as well for the location.
