There was NO Lift for first floor. Entry to the room could have been better.

Everything is great, but the small room adjacent to the family deluxe hasn't had an AC or a Fan, how would someone sleep in the hot weather ?

less staff, only 1 lady available and poor girl she has been doing things all alone
