No lift, no room boy, we had to lift all our bags over maybe 40 steps...no chair in the tooms...no restaurant, no kettle for tea coffee...food available in a hotel across the road

Staff behaviour was exceptional. They were polite and able to give excellent service. Plus, rooms were excellent too. We opted for family room for 4, surprisingly it had two rooms. One with double bed and other with 2 single bed + it had one attached kitchen too. Hence, it was technically a 2BHK apartment. It was beyond our expectations. Highly recommended for everyone with family

away from the crowds but close to Isha Foundation. . we had breakfast at hotel across the road that was simple and good.

Breakfast was not included in my booking, however the restaurant across the street at Prithvee Pure Veg was very nice for a morning buffet.

There were quite a few bugs (not sure if cockroaches) in the second room I was relocated to so that my existing one could be cleaned. I did not get the opportunity to tell anyone as most of my time I spent at Isha and was only.in the room during the nights. However, I did go to the 24/7 convenience store next door and got a small tub of Pachai Karpooram and got them out myself. Maybe a suggestion to avoid cockroaches or even mosquitoes and if not an issue for the guests or for health and safety purposes, it would be nice to keep something that would keep such critters from roaming the rooms as they can get in the bed and it won't be pleasant for the guests. Camphor worked very well especially the pure version which was about 40 rupees for 10gm, and the insects are not harmed, they just dislike the scent and will move out themselves. Very small amounts placed in the corners of the rooms and cupboards usually does the trick.
