Washing policy should be made known before booking rather than a message right before the stay. Chargeable at £5/ load and will be at timing of host as she will start the machine. Was told that heating is automated and turns on when temperature dips below 18 degrees celcius.I was woken up at 4am for 2 days in a row while sleeping underneath a comforter and wool blanket as there was no heating. Host was not happy when asked to check on heating. Asked me to leave her place earlier. On the night I had informed her I will be returning home late after 10pm.

Cosy room, comfy bed. Great shower and lovely hostess. Clean and modern interior. Quiet with a view of gardens and crystal palace transmitter. Would definitely recommend😁

The host is very helpful. They are familiar and very detailed in their explanations on arrival. The bathroom and kitchen are clearly arranged with your own space so you don't get confused during your stay. Very quiet in a quiet residential area. No problems with the water supply, from drinking water to showers. The location is a bit out of the centre, so you have to plan your movements during your stay.
