THE ROOMS WHERE GOOD ALL STAFFS WERE VERY HELPFUL I LOVE THE STAY TOO GOOD SPECIALLY Mr. GANESH SHETTY FROM FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELP AND WAS CONCERN ABOUT ALL MY QUERIES THANK YOU

The room was clean, and met my expectations. I really liked the touch of adding the kettle in the room. It came in very handy. The washroom was very clean and tidy, water heater was available, shower towels were provided.

Location is okay !!

Accept location nothing !! Maybe because we were the only guests it seems, in the whole hotel and renovation work is on , except our room , they shouldn't take booking in this condition , the room which was given to us saying this is the only room they kept for you us, was full of cockroaches, the bathroom was very very small , the toilet flush not working properly, inshort the room given to us didn't even have proper window view I would have cancelled the booking but already paid the advance and we were there for only a night we just slept through Avoid for now at least , don't pay in advance to reach there and check the condition first .. The staff behaviour is good but the physical condition of the hotel is not at all good

Room is not at all clean with full of bedbugs. not suitable for a descent stay. I could not stay there and they did not refund the amount telling that I have already checked in. I hardly spend 10 minutes in the room.

Boys are courteous.

Rooms are average not shown in pictures .lots of cockroaches in the room

The hotel's location made it easy to access, Would recommend to friends.
