Luxurious Central Apartment next to the Danube River

Very large, clean and cool apartment. Better than in the pictures. Also, very close to Danube and center, for us it was 2 minutes away from the venue where we had the fair. Good choice.

Beautiful, safe, comfortable, modern apartment next door to the University of Budapest. Location was excellent. Easy access to most of the sites on foot. Bus stop on the doorstep and tram stop nearby. 15 mins walk to the Metro station. Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. We slept well. Good WiFi connection. Staff were very responsive, polite & helpful to queries which were resolved quickly. Having 2 bathrooms was a big bonus. Plenty wardrobe & storage space. Amazing lighting system in the main living space. Staff were helpful in letting us have a later check out (12pm) which was welcome as we had a late flight. Would definitely stay here again.

I really wanted to give this apartment a 10 but it fell short in just a couple of areas. We would have liked a welcome folder to help orientate us to the amenities in the locality and provide instructions on how to work the smart controls for windows, air-con etc. There was no information at all in the apartment. Kitchen was adequately equipped but could have been better E.g. nothing to drain vegetables or pasta. A cafetière for coffee would have been nice. So bring your own if, like me, you only drink fresh coffee. Otherwise would have given a 10. * Confusing information on the website with photo showing jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately, this is no longer operating. This was a disappointment as it had been a factor in us opting for that particular apartment over another one which was closer to the centre. *Please be aware that the “Help Desk” is a virtual one and there is no reception on site, as this is a residential apartment building. The Help Desk was very good & quick to respond, however.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It's located in a central area and is very easily accessible. The check in process was simple and quick. I was in constant contact with the host, who was helpful and kind.

The location is very nice, close to bus, tram and underground stops. Well managed interior

Location is good. Near to many interesting places ... Walking . Bus stop is infront of the house. Tram station is nearby too. Next to the apartment is a good and safe parking garage. Need to register first before parking in the garage. Payment is done before leaving the garage. Supermarket Spar is just aound the corner and delicious bakery, Brother Butter, is near Spar. Apartment is spacious and furnished modernly, comfotable beds, kitchen is good too. Apatment is fitted with smart control.

The rain shower is not operational and bathtub front cover is loose. Holding it with tape is insufficient.
