In this price it was the best option. All the staffs and specially the owner was very helpful and supportive. They facilitate us more than our expectations.
Since the property is under construction and they are new in this hotel business. Definitely they will develop gradually.

At the time of booking i was informed my Hotel name is Chindrika upon arrival found it was a different hotel name is Hotel Vatica Place. Room is too small there is no enough space , noisy fan is disrupting sleep whole night, staff behavior is good but Hotel owner behavior is not good, demand full payment at the time of entry . Table , Cloth almirah is not available. Overall Bad experience
