"Excellent trip, just what we needed for our stay in Bangalore"

The staff were super friendly. Looking at previous reviews they’ve really worked hard on the things people weren’t happy with and you can tell. Everything we needed and nothing was too much. Our room was spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Extra shout out to the security guard who made sure our Uber arrived to the hotel and checked he’d come.

Bed could be comfier but pillows were nice

I liked the room service. Everytime I have called for anything they have responded very quickly.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. I couldn't get enough sleep. Everytime i turn it is making sound. And also the mattress is too tight. Got body pain.

Location was very good. Property is good, staff were courteous. The size of the room is ok, would have been great if a tad larger. We didnt opt for breakfast. But good eateries around.

Size of the room could have been a bit bigger.
